Ralf Strümpler has more than 15 years professional experience as managing director, business unit manager and R&D manager in international high-tech companies. He has gained experience, in particular, in building new business units, new locations and setting up their strategic approach.

Ralf Strümpler has established the Swiss subsidiary of a world market leader in medical technology components. Together with his team, he has developed, certified and launched new electronic medical diagnostic products in a short time.

Prior to that, he was searching in the name of a Swiss SME - as part of a strategic realignment - for innovative product ideas and technologies in medical technology, renewable energies and safety systems. As a result, he has co-founded and developed a start-up for clean-tech building equipment.

Originally, Ralf Strümpler was R & D manager in larger corporations and responsible for projects in medical technology, sensor technology, safety, electrical protection as well as building and automation technology.

Other professional activities include consulting and coaching of start-ups. He is Six Sigma Green Belt and internal auditor for ISO 9001 / ISO13485.
